- My objective is to ship books within 7 days of order placement. I do my best to serve you as quickly as possible because I know how satisfying it is when you have it in your hands quickly! However I am often abroad and I have another job making it sometimes hard to get to the post office within a couple of days. But I try to!
- The default shipping i offer is without tracking. Sometimes the difference with tracking is very high and I acknowledge that it is tempting to go for the option without tracking. I have not had any issues until now with no tracking but in case a package get lost, I do not take any responsibility and cannot compensate for the loss if you have opted for a no tracking option. The choice is yours.
- Please be aware that if you are outside the EU that you will have to fullfill custom related charges.
- If you want to buy multiple books at once, please send me an email and I will check the shipping costs and if possible rearrange them.
- We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. To start a return, you can contact us by email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Important to know is that signed goods are considered to be tailored to the customer and hence cannot be returned, nor does the 14 day period apply. In case of a refund, this includes the shipping costs but according to EU law only the basic shipping costs meaning the corresponding amount without tracking.
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Visual proof must be given and the damaged good must be returned to us.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- If you ship something back to us, that is at your own expenses.
- I do not pass any of your personal data on to others, unless necessary for the proceeding of transaction such as the postal office or to send you my newsletter.
